The Hacohen and the Sade-Feldman labs at MGH and the Broad Institute are seeking an exceptional candidate to conduct data analysis to understand immune responses in cancer patients.  As an Associate Computational Biologist, you will be mentored in transcriptomics and genomics, have opportunities to publish and present your work, and interact with our collaborators at MGH, MIT, Harvard, and the Broad Institute.

Specific areas of interest include:

● Single-cell transcriptomics from patient tumors to study cellular and molecular features associated with clinical response/resistance

● Spatial transcriptomics and imaging analysis

● Clonal dynamics of T cells during therapy

● Pooled in vivo or in vitro CRISPR-based genetic screens

Principal responsibilities:

● Support a diverse set of research projects, including: large-scale single-cell transcriptomics and single-molecule resolution spatial analyses; CRISPR-based genetic screens analyses

● Develop, enhance, and maintain current and new bioinformatics pipelines

● Think critically about the underlying biological questions and computational approaches in order to derive insights

● Clearly communicate findings through visualizations, statistics, and text
