Summer Fashion Intern – Bondij Clothing Boutique
Location: Dorchester, MA (In-Person)

The Summer Fashion Intern will support daily store operations, styling, and creative production. This role is ideal for students pursuing fashion design, merchandising, marketing, or related fields who want hands-on experience inside a growing independent brand.
Expected Responsibilities
- Assist with in-store styling and customer experience
- Support visual merchandising and floor organization
- Help create and capture social media content (Instagram, TikTok)
- Assist with photoshoots, lookbooks, and creative direction
- Support inventory management and product organization
- Assist in prepping and reworking vintage garments (if needed)
- Help execute events, pop-ups, and in-store activations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of retail and studio space
Required Skills
- Strong interest in fashion, styling, and retail environments
- Basic understanding of current fashion trends and vintage styling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Basic sewing, garment construction, or design knowledge
- Experience with content creation, photography, or video editing
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Retail or customer service experience
- Personal styling or creative direction experience
Minimum Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a college/university or recent graduate
- Must be available 15–30 hours per week during Summer 2026
- Must be able to work in-person in Dorchester, MA
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the store
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
