Account Coordinator Internship

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid / On-Site attendance required)  

Hours: Minimum 15-20 hours a week. Hybrid role.

Description:  

We’re looking for a diligent and detail-oriented account intern to support our teams across marketing, creative, and event production.  

This role is ideal for students in their junior or senior year of college looking to gain experience in an agency setting. You’ll be an integral part of our organization, supporting the execution of grand openings and experiential activations across multiple client accounts in a variety of industries.  

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re excited about getting into the weeds of a project and are an excellent multitasker who can stay on top of tight deadlines.   

What You’ll Do:  

Conduct client research, building a deep understanding of local community engagement opportunities  

Source materials for client activations  

Coordinate vendor booking and communication 

Organize tasks and updates in project management tools  

Communicate clearly and consistently with internal teams to help work move forward  

What We’re Looking For:  

Undergraduate student in their junior or senior year of college with previous event, marketing, and communications experience  

Organized individual with solid writing and documentation habits  

Proactive and adaptable worker – able to manage competing priorities with ease 

Confident communicator via phone, comfortable making calls and thinking on your feet    

Experience with tools such as Monday.com, SharePoint, Dropbox, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
