Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Associate Consultant / Junior SAP S/4HANA Analyst
Job Summary
An entry-level SAP S/4HANA professional supports the implementation, testing, and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems. The role involves working with business processes (like finance, procurement, or sales), assisting senior consultants, and ensuring smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects
- Work with functional modules such as Finance (FI), Sales (SD), or Materials Management (MM)
- Support system configuration under guidance from senior consultants
- Participate in data migration and data validation activities
- Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)
- Help troubleshoot basic system issues and user queries
- Prepare documentation such as process flows, test cases, and user manuals
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business processes
- Familiarity with databases and basic SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Basic knowledge of SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA through training, certification, or projects
- Understanding of business processes like accounting, procurement, or sales
- Internship or coursework related to ERP systems
