We're seeking a new team member who's excited to tutor students in the subject of Social Studies. Ideal social studies tutors will be able to cover U.S. History and World History at the high school level.

 

If you're an expert in social-emotional learning, making complex ideas clear, connecting students and content, or are just plain insightful...we want to hear from you!

 

Tutors must also be:

  • nimble problem solvers
  • highly organized
  • EdTech adept
  • comfortable working independently in public spaces or private homes
  • able to self-transport to and from sites in the East End (may need to cross bridges and drive through tunnels!)

 

TL;DR: Become a subject area tutor for one of Pittsburgh's top independently owned, women-led private tutoring companies.

 

Work Location:

  • In-Person, at client homes & public locations

 

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

 

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
