Job Title: Lab Technician Jr.
Location: Gretna, LA
Duration: 08 Months

Schedule:

  • Shift: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri – 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
  • Training: Tues–Sat – 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing confirmatory testing on non-negative samples using GC/MS and LC-MS/MS in compliance with SAMHSA guidelines, along with basic QC duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field (Mandatory)
  • Basic lab knowledge; GC/MS or LC-MS/MS experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail

Key Duties:

  • Operate GC/MS & LC-MS/MS instruments
  • Perform confirmatory testing & QC checks
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards
