What You’ll Do

As an Inside Property Adjuster, you’ll be the go‑to partner for customers navigating property damage claims. You’ll handle claims from start to finish — all from our Frederick office — using modern technology and clear communication.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Talking with customers by phone, email, text, and video to guide them through the claims process
• Reviewing property damage (especially water losses) using photos, videos, and virtual inspection tools
• Learning how to interpret insurance policies and determine coverage
• Creating repair estimates, negotiating with contractors for the work, and helping reach fair claim resolutions
• Working with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Documenting claim details accurately using Allstate systems

• Rotational Saturday duty (with flexibility)

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need insurance experience — we’ll train you. We’re looking for candidates who bring strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred (not required):

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, internships, call centers, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort learning new technology and systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
• Interest in problem‑solving and helping others

Training & Licensing Support

• Comprehensive in‑office training program provided
• Ongoing learning and development on the job
• Assistance obtaining required adjuster licenses (if applicable)

💰 $1,000 licensing sign‑on bonus may be available for candidates who already hold applicable licenses (restrictions apply).

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation range: $49,000 – $86,400 (based on experience)
