ScaleItForMe is our B2B customer acquisition division - helping companies reach direct buyers, affiliates, and small business ambassadors through email outreach at scale, delivering consistently high ROI for our clients.

FindKeep.Love is our DTC division - helping consumer brands grow opt-in email and SMS lists through sweepstakes and giveaways to generate new customer prospects for multi-channel targeting.

Responsibilities

• Run demos and discovery calls with pre-qualified B2B marketing leaders
• Manage pipeline from demo to close in CRM
• Nurture not-yet-ready leads with value-driven follow-up
• Travel to industry conferences 2-3x per month
• Hit and exceed quarterly quota

Requirements

• 3-5 years B2B sales in advertising, digital media, or MarTech
• Proven, documented track record of quota attainment
• Consultative closer with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with 2-3x monthly travel
• CRM proficient

Compensation: Competitive base + uncapped commission + ISO equity + full benefits

Location: Los Gatos, CA - full-time in person. No remote.
