Driver Support Specialist

Role Description
This role is for a Driver Support Specialist at RED E. The Driver Support Specialist will be responsible for taking driver and customer calls, troubleshooting network issues, monitoring Red E's online presence, and resolving charger issues remotely. The position will be located in Detroit, MI with the option to work remotely. Ideal position for anyone looking to learn and grow in the electric vehicle space but that needs flexibility.

- Experience in customer service
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of electric vehicles a plus
- Bachelor's degree or working towards one
