Position Overview
We’re looking for a highly creative and self-driven Content Creator Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and is excited to turn agency work, ideas, and trends into engaging content.

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) based on agency work, trends, and cultural moments
  • Design graphics, carousels, and visual assets for social media platforms
  • Develop and execute content ideas from concept to final production
  • Mine the agency’s archive (past campaigns, case studies, creative work) to generate fresh, engaging content
  • Stay on top of social media trends, memes, and platform updates—and translate them into relevant agency content
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align content with brand voice and messaging
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms
  • Analyze performance and suggest optimizations for future content

  • YouTube Shorts
  • Emerging/social-first platforms as needed

 

Requirements

  • Strong ability to create and edit video content (mobile-first and/or Adobe Suite)
  • Experience designing graphics and social media assets
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., for ideation, visuals, editing, or scripting)
  • Deep passion for social media and internet culture
  • Ability to identify trends and quickly adapt them into relevant content
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with existing materials and turning them into new content
  • Portfolio or examples of past content (personal or professional) preferred
