Supply Chain Intern

Job Posting TitleSupply Chain - Intern

Job Description

About Us

Goodier is a high-growth CDMO partnering with leading skincare and personal care brands to bring complex products to market. We operate at the intersection of formulation, manufacturing, and supply chain—helping brands scale from concept to full production with speed and precision.

Our paid internship experience is dynamic and tailored to your interests. We think you should spend time doing something you love at a place you’re proud to work in, not just earning a paycheck.

Position Overview

This is not a traditional internship. We’re looking for individuals who want to operate, not observe—who are motivated by solving real problems in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

As a Supply Chain Intern at Goodier, you’ll work across procurement, planning, production, and logistics to help execute and improve the systems that move products from raw materials to finished goods. You’ll be expected to wear multiple hats, take ownership of projects, and contribute to solving some of our clients’ most complex operational challenges.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting end-to-end supply chain execution—from material sourcing through production and fulfillment
  • Partnering with procurement to ensure critical materials are sourced, tracked, and delivered on time
  • Working alongside production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules
  • Analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Contributing to process improvements that increase speed, reliability, and scalability
  • Troubleshooting real-time issues that impact client timelines and product delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

As an intern, you’ll work in our Dallas Headquarters office and gain:

  • A true end-to-end view of a manufacturing supply chain, not a siloed experience
  • Exposure to how high-growth brands scale operations under real constraints
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and solving problems that don’t have predefined answers
  • The opportunity to make tangible contributions that impact production and client outcomes

Qualification requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (comfortable working with data, pivot tables preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in manufacturing, operations, or consumer products
  • Prior internship or coursework in supply chain, logistics, or operations, familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.) and interest in beauty, skincare, or personal care products preferred.
