Field Acquisition Intern - Office Leasing (NYC / Jersey)

We’re growing quickly and looking for people who want to be part of that growth on the ground.
What You’ll Do:
This is not a desk internship.
You’ll be walking buildings across NYC and Jersey, speaking directly with property staff and owners to identify vacant space and connect us with decision-makers.
Your role is simple:
- Ask buildings if they have vacancy
- Identify the right contact (owner/property manager)
- Collect contact info or book a meeting on the spot
What You’ll Learn:
- How real estate deals actually start
- How to approach and speak with decision-makers
- How to generate deal flow from scratch
- How a startup builds supply in real time

No prior experience required.
Compensation:
- Base stipend (if applicable)
- Performance-based bonuses for leads and meetings
- Additional incentives tied to buildings that go live on TROT
