Position Overview
We are hiring a Client Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Greater Philadelphia area (and beyond). In this role, you will build lasting client relationships, execute growth strategies, and deliver measurable results through sales and brand activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue, client satisfaction, and brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to plan and execute direct sales initiatives, promotional campaigns, and brand activation's
- Monitor key performance metrics, conduct regular account reviews, and proactively identify expansion opportunities
- Manage client expectations, resolve issues quickly, and uphold our standards of quality and integrity
- Contribute to brand management efforts and help clients effectively reach the Philadelphia market and beyond
