Graphic Designer (Thumbnail Designer)
The Role
We're looking for a motivated graphic designer to join our team as a Thumbnail Designer. You'll work alongside our creative team to design high-performing thumbnails, learning what makes YouTube packaging actually work at a high level. This role starts as an internship or contract position, with real potential to grow into full-time for the right person.

What You'll Do
- Design thumbnails from approved concept directions
- Collaborate with our team through the revision process
- Stay current on what's performing on YouTube
- Learn and apply AI image generation tools in your workflow
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a graphic design program or related field
- Strong knowledge of PhotoshopÂ
- A genuine curiosity about YouTube, content, and what makes people click
- Willingness to learn fast — we move quickly and will teach you the rest
- Familiarity with AI image tools and prompting is a huge plus (Freepik AI, Google Nano Banana.)
- Figma experience is a plus
- Based in the United States
