Marketing Intern

This role combines content creation, social media management, marketing strategy, and website review to help elevate our brand’s presence and engagement across platforms.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the team to design visuals, videos, and multimedia content that align with brand identity.
• Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.

Marketing Support:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences.
• Help analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Social Media Management:

• Create, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms to maintain an active and consistent online presence.
• Monitor social media engagement and interact with followers to build relationships.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement innovative ideas.

Website Review and Optimization:

• Assist in reviewing the organization’s website for design, functionality, and user experience.
• Provide recommendations to improve site navigation, content layout, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with web developers or content teams to implement changes.

Our school, born in the early 80s in Madrid has been an effective vehicle for exchange, dialogue, work, discussion and fun. Our courses are a revolution in several ways: we pioneered the implementation of learning autonomy; as well as a fundamental step in the awareness and development of intercultural competence.

On-site Supervision and Support

Our internships include 24/7 on-site staff to support students working and living abroad. All students will also report to a supervisor at their internship site. Supervisors provide and oversee daily tasks, introduce the intern to team members, and mentor the intern in organizational agility, skill acquisition, and career readiness. Interns complete a midpoint and final evaluation, and supervisors complete a final evaluation of their interns. All work responsibilities and projects are approved in advance. 

Academic Credit

Students on an internship have the opportunity to enroll in their home university for credit, or enroll in a course through API to transfer back to their university for credit. Email support-internships@apiexperience.com for more information and a syllabus.

Housing and Excursions

Housing and excursions are included in your internship and will be selectable during the application process.
