What You’ll Do:

Coordinate Itineraries: Plan and manage complete travel packages, including flights, resorts, cruises, tours, and excursions to provide clients with a seamless experience.

Organize the Details: Handle all logistics such as reservations, transfers, and accommodations ensuring everything is set for a flawless trip.

Client Care: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication before, during, and after their travels.

Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and deals so you can provide the best recommendations to clients.

Problem-Solve: Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise during the travel planning process or while clients are on their trips.

What You Bring:

A genuine passion for travel and helping others create amazing experiences.

Strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer service.

Ability to work independently and manage your schedule in a remote environment.

Must be 18 years or older, have reliable internet, a smartphone or computer, and a dedicated workspace at home.
