Role Overview

Morsby, Gorman, McCarthy LLC is seeking Strategy & International Relations Analyst Interns to support Kenya-focused infrastructure and development initiatives through geopolitical analysis, policy assessment, and strategic alignment.

This role is part of a Kenya-focused pilot initiative within a broader global infrastructure program and is designed to serve as the analytical and strategic layer that connects research, data, and operational outputs to real-world geopolitical, economic, and policy environments.

Participants will work with a range of materials including research outputs, policy documents, institutional reports, and international development frameworks. The role involves analyzing how infrastructure initiatives interact with political systems, regional dynamics, regulatory environments, and international stakeholders.

The Strategy & International Relations Analyst plays a key role in translating data and research into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategic positioning that inform project direction and external engagement.

The scope of this role is educational and structured. Participants will not be expected to independently advise governments or represent the organization in official policy capacities, but rather to contribute to guided analytical tasks designed to support learning and professional development.

This role is designed primarily as an educational and experiential learning opportunity. All assigned tasks are structured to support skill development, academic alignment, and professional growth,rather than to replace the work of paid employees.
