AI Technical Marketing Intern

Title: AI Pipeline Intern — Build Automated Customer Acquisition Systems

Location: Remote
Company: Dealyo
Duration: Summer (with potential extension)

What You’ll Do

This is not a traditional sales role.

You are building the machine that generates demand.

Smote is now building Dealyo.  Dealyo is aiming to connect with real estate agents and brokerages. Your job is to design and automate how we:

  • Find them
  • Reach them
  • Convert them

You will:

  • Build automated outreach systems (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Design personalized messaging at scale using AI
  • Create workflows that identify high-intent prospects in real time
  • Experiment rapidly with messaging, channels, and targeting
  • Track what works and double down

Example Projects

  • Build a system that scans the internet (Reddit, X, forums) for “buy intent” signals and triggers outreach
  • Create an AI system that writes personalized emails based on a prospect’s activity
  • Design a pipeline that ingests broker/agent data and ranks best leads
  • Build automated follow-up systems that feel human, not spammy
  • Test and optimize conversion funnels end-to-end

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical mindset (you don’t need to be a full engineer, but you build systems)
  • Experience with automation tools, APIs, or scripting
  • Strong understanding of how to get attention online
  • Obsession with effectiveness: open rates, replies, conversions
  • Willingness to experiment, fail fast, and iterate

Bonus:

  • Experience with tools like Clay, Zapier, Make, Apollo, etc.
  • Built growth hacks, scrapers, or outreach systems before
  • Understanding of AI-assisted personalization
  • Interest in startups, marketplaces, or real estate
