BRANDcowboy is growing and we are looking for additional sales assistants  to add to our team. This is a part time position based out of our Stephenville, Texas office. This position will require the following but is not limited to -

-Customer Service: Email and phone correspondence with our customers and vendors. At BRANDcowboy we highly value "Relationships over Revenue". All team members are expected to overdeliver with every customer interaction. We may not always have the answer on the spot, but we have a reputation for our follow-through and follow-up. All team members are expected to keep this value at the forefront of everything we do. This position will require a high amount of email correspondence with our customers and our suppliers.

-Design: Design experience is not required but a plus. Assistant Sales and Marketing intern may be asked to create design concepts for custom Branded Merchandise for our customers under the direction of the supervisor. Included but not limited to, custom cap designs, custom shirt designs, custom can cooler designs, and other custom product designs for our customers.

- A love for the western and agriculture industry

- A passion for people and building relationships

- Extremely detail oriented with a keen eye for spotting potential problems before they occur

- A highly driven self-starter

- Organization a priority

- Professional email etiquette a must

- Highly effective at communicating with customers, manufacturing partners, and coworkers

- Comfortable with basic design programs (ex: Canva) and excel programs

- Entrepreneurial minded

-Aware-of and passionate about the current apparel and design trends in the ag and western industry
