Corporate Sales & Client Gifting Intern

About the Role

This is not a typical internship.

Le Chocolat des Iles is building a high-value corporate gifting channel in New York — working with wealth management firms, luxury real estate brokerages, and corporate offices that purchase premium gifts for their clients in large volumes.

Instead of selling in stores, you will be identifying and reaching decision-makers inside companies and converting those conversations into real orders.

A single successful relationship can generate thousands of units.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role for someone who wants to learn how real business gets done.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify target companies and decision-makers (Executive Assistants, Client Experience Managers, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct contact
  • Introduce the product and communicate its value clearly
  • Build relationships with corporate clients
  • Support the conversion of conversations into bulk orders
  • Track outreach, responses, and deal progress

What You’ll Learn

  • How corporate purchasing decisions actually happen
  • How to identify and reach decision-makers inside organizations
  • How to structure outreach that gets responses
  • How to move from conversation to closed deal
  • How to build a real revenue channel from scratch

Compensation

  • Paid internship
  • Substantial commission tied to deals closed
  • Opportunity to transition into a leadership role in sales and business development

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable reaching out to new people
  • Organized and able to manage follow-ups
  • Interested in business, sales, or marketing
  • Motivated to generate real results, not just observe
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn by doing

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or networking
  • Interest in luxury products, branding, or client experience
  • Familiarity with Excel or basic tracking tools

Why This Role is Different

Most internships teach you about business.

This one puts you in the middle of it.

You will be part of building a revenue channel where:

  • deals are real
  • conversations matter
  • and your work directly impacts growth
