Worship Ministry Resident

CenterPointe Christian church is seeking a Worship Ministry Resident to join their team. The primary purpose of the Worship Ministry Resident is to help cultivate Christ-centered, Spirit-led worship at CenterPointe, while also investing in young adults through relationships, teaching and community.  

Expected Work Hours: 40 hours a week

Expected Monthly Pay: $1200 Monthly + Housing

We’re looking for a Worship Ministry Resident who loves Jesus, loves the church, and wants to help people meet God in worship. This role is primarily focused on our gathered worship environments, with a secondary focus on serving in our young adult ministry. Over the course of the residency, you’ll gain hands-on ministry experience, grow as a worship leader and discipler, and be mentored by experienced pastors. The ideal candidate has a heart for the local church, a growing worship-leading skill set, and a desire to walk alongside young adults as they follow Jesus.

What We’re Looking For ● A committed follower of Jesus with a clear love for worship and the local church. ● A heart to disciple people, especially young adults, not just lead songs or run programs. ● Musical ability to lead worship vocally and instrumentally (guitar or piano preferred). ● Some experience leading worship and/or serving in young adult ministry (formal or informal). ● Strong relational, communication, and teamwork skills. ● A teachable spirit, humility, and willingness to serve wherever needed. ● Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of CenterPointe Christian Church.
