Atlanta Content Operator / Media Apprentice (Onsite – Atlanta, GA)

We are not hiring a traditional videographer.

We are looking for a Content Operator who can create both personal brand and business content.

Role

Create content for:

Personal Brand (JustDoYu)

  • Reels, lifestyle, talking-head, candid content

Business (HOA Services / YuMedia)

  • Before/after, crew/site content, testimonials

You must be able to switch between both styles.

Weekly Output

George Brand

  • 5 reels
  • 1 long-form video
  • 20 candid clips/photos

HOA Services

  • 3 reels
  • 10 before/after assets
  • 1 testimonial/case study
  • B-roll library

Requirements

  • Shoots vertical video well
  • Fast editor (CapCut or Premiere)
  • Understands social media and hooks
  • Comfortable directing and filming people
  • Has a car (onsite)
  • Organized, responsive, and coachable
  • Hungry to grow

Hiring Process

3-hour onsite test:

  • Capture a real day
  • Produce 2 reels (personal + business)

Compensation

Phase 1: 30-day paid trial (per shoot or stipend)

Phase 2: Part-time retainer

Phase 3:Full-time YuMedia Lead opportunity
