The Entry Level Account Manager will work directly with AT&T customers to manage accounts, identify service solutions, and build long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned AT&T customer accounts, addressing questions, service needs, and account updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding individual needs and providing tailored telecommunications solutions.
- Present AT&T products, services, promotions, and bundled offerings to existing and new customers to enhance account value.
- Collaborate with the sales and management team to execute customer acquisition and account retention strategies.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and service feedback to ensure long-term client success.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience that strengthens brand loyalty and encourages repeat business.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
