As a Retail Brand Ambassador, your focus is on building relationships and driving success in a designated retail store, while representing one of the top telecommunications companies, AT&T. This role gives you the chance to be rewarded for your hustle while being the face of a global telecommunications titan.
What You'll Do as a Retail Brand Ambassador:
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell AT&T's latest products and services.
- Become a product expert, confidently answering questions and demonstrating the features and benefits of AT&T's offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with a supportive and high-energy team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
- Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your sales and communication skills.
- Accurately process customer orders and service changes with attention to detail.
- Represent Lux Acquisitions Inc. and AT&T with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements of the Retail Brand Ambassador:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as retail, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
