As part of our continued investment in next-generation AI capabilities, GEP is launching a pilot Agentic AI Internship Program for Summer 2026.

 

About the Program

We are looking for exceptional students who want to go beyond research demos and prototypes to build AI systems that create measurable business impact in live enterprise environments.

This small pilot cohort is designed for top talent. Each intern will be assigned a business challenge, work directly with senior leaders, and deliver an AI-oriented solution that can directly impact clients within 10 weeks.

Interns will be embedded in real business initiatives and exposed to how AI is applied at scale across consulting, product, operations, and enterprise transformation. Projects may include intelligent workflow automation, AI copilots, decision-support systems, research agents, and other next-generation enterprise AI applications.

Internship Dates: June 2026 – August 2026

 

What You Will Do

  • Design, build, and iterate on applied AI systems
  • Develop autonomous agents for real enterprise workflows
  • Prototype quickly and validate solutions with stakeholders
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code
  • Work directly with executives, product leaders, and technical mentors
  • Present progress in recurring sponsor reviews
  • Deliver a final working solution by program end and present your work at an executive Demo Day 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Rising seniors pursuing AI or related fields
  • Strong Python/software engineering skills
  • Experience working with LLMs or modern AI tooling
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

 

Compensation & Logistics

  • $7,500/month stipend
  • $2,000 housing allowance for summer relocation
  • Completion bonus based on successful program delivery
  • Program based in Clark, NJ for in-person collaboration and mentorship
  • Direct access to leadership and decision-makers
