PMHNP Fellowship Opportunity – Willow Park Health (Long Island, NY)

New Graduates Welcome | $125K–$160K+ | No Nights or Weekends

Willow Park Health is seeking Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Fellows to join our growing team supporting seniors in assisted living communities across Long Island, NY.

This is a structured, supportive fellowship program designed to help early-career PMHNPs build confidence, develop clinical expertise, and grow into independent providers—while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors.

About the Role

As a PMHNP Fellow, you will:

  • Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management
  • Work with a low-acuity senior population in assisted living settings
  • Collaborate closely with facility staff and primary care providers
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and care teams
  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a team-driven environment
