Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Full Time
$125K–$160K+ | No Nights/Weekends | Long Island, NY

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $160,000+ annually (based on experience & productivity)

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for residents in assisted living communities
• Provide medication management and ongoing care
• Deliver supportive psychotherapy when appropriate
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and primary care providers
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Participate in care coordination and follow-up

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified or board-eligible PMHNP
• Licensed (or eligible) in New York
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in community-based settings
• Interest in geriatric psychiatry is a plus
