Entry Level Site Civil Engineer

Entry level site civil engineer to join our growing land development team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in site design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 0-5 years in land development or site civil design.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of stormwater design and site development preferred.
• Preferred: EIT certification or willingness to obtain, familiarity with local and state permitting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of site layouts, grading, stormwater management, and utility plans.
• Prepare and review construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform calculations for drainage, stormwater systems, and other computations associated with site design.
• Support senior engineers with permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and government agencies.
• Conduct occasional site visits and assist in construction-phase services.
