What You’ll Actually Be Doing
This role sits at the heartbeat of our business—the front line of operations.
- Answer incoming calls (fast, confident, and professional)
- Turn inquiries into booked jobs on the schedule
- Coordinate and schedule jobs to keep our field team productive
- Communicate clearly with customers about timelines and expectations
- Keep jobs organized and moving forward (nothing falls through the cracks)
- Support daily operations and problem-solving in real time
Your success = more jobs booked, smoother days, and happier customers.
