Summer Business Internship (Operations & Customer Experience)

Location: 2001 Midway Road Suite 121 Carrollton, Texas 75006

Type: Full-Time | Summer Internship (May–August)
Pay: $17–$20/hour 

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

This role sits at the heartbeat of our business—the front line of operations.

  • Answer incoming calls (fast, confident, and professional) 
  • Turn inquiries into booked jobs on the schedule 
  • Coordinate and schedule jobs to keep our field team productive 
  • Communicate clearly with customers about timelines and expectations 
  • Keep jobs organized and moving forward (nothing falls through the cracks) 
  • Support daily operations and problem-solving in real time 

Your success = more jobs booked, smoother days, and happier customers.
