iMBranded is one of the nation’s leading providers of facility imaging programs. We are a full-service manufacturer of fixtures, furniture and graphic products specializing in the retail automotive segment with OEMs and the dealer network.
We’re looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts in executing campaigns across digital channels. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who’s eager to gain hands-on experience in content, email, social media, analytics, and marketing platforms.
You’ll work closely with our National Sales Director and Director of Creative Services to bring ideas to life, support ongoing campaigns, and help analyze performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (include but are not limited to)
Email & Campaign Support
- Build and format email campaigns using templates you create
- Proofread content for accuracy and brand voice
- Assist with list segmentation and campaign scheduling
- Support execution of marketing campaigns across channels
- Working knowledge of HubSpot or the willingness to learn
Content & Social Media
- Assist in drafting and scheduling social media posts
- Repurpose existing content into social, email, or web-ready formats
- Support light community monitoring and engagement
- Create simple graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut and Canva
Marketing Platforms & CRM
- Update and organize contact records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Assist with basic reporting and data cleanup
- Learn and support marketing workflows with guidance
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull performance metrics for email, social, and web campaigns
- Assist in building simple reports and dashboards
- Help identify trends and insights to support optimization
Research & General Marketing Support
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Track trends and gather inspiration for campaigns
- Provide administrative and project support as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (include but are not limited to)
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new tools and processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as HubSpot
- Exposure to social media management or content creation
- Basic understanding of email marketing or analytics
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- HubSpot Academy or other marketing certifications
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Exposure to the sounds of a variety of shop machinery (saws, etc.)
