NBT Enterprises is a sales and marketing firm that partners with Fortune 500 clients to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth.

We are currently seeking motivated students for our Summer Brand Ambassador Program. This is a paid, hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations while working in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent national brands through in-person marketing and promotional campaigns
• Engage with customers to communicate product and service offerings
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to execute daily campaign goals
• Participate in training sessions focused on communication, sales, and professional development

Qualifications

• Involvement in athletics, student organizations, or leadership roles is a plus

Program Details

• Duration: Summer 2026 (May–August, flexible based on academic schedule)
• Schedule: Full-time availability preferred
• Location: Bloomington, MN (in-person role)
• Compensation: Weekly pay with performance-based incentives
