Commercial Real Estate Intern

SpurLine Holdings is a Colorado-based commercial real estate investment firm focused on community-driven value-add acquisitions. We're looking for a motivated intern to join our small, high-impact team and get hands-on exposure to the full deal lifecycle — from sourcing to close and beyond.

• Support active deal underwriting and financial modeling across retail, industrial and flex properties.
• Conduct market research, comp analysis, and submarket-level rent studies
• Assist in preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and broker packages
• Maintain and update deal pipeline CRM and property databases
• Coordinate due diligence materials and assist in managing vendor relationships
• Assist asset management team with reporting, budgeting, and lease tracking
• Participate in property tours, broker meetings, and team underwriting calls
