At Smash My Trash, we help businesses reduce landfill waste, cut emissions, and operate more efficiently by compacting material directly in their existing dumpsters. Our service can reduce hauling frequency by up to 50%, lowering both cost and environmental footprint.

We’re looking for a motivated, field-based professional to help bring this solution to more companies across the Bay Area.

Help businesses reduce waste volume and landfill usage

Lower truck hauling frequency → fewer emissions and fuel consumption

Introduce practical, scalable sustainability solutions to industrial and commercial operations

Work directly with decision-makers to improve both environmental and financial performance

🚀 What You’ll Do

Meet with construction firms, manufacturers, and property operators in the field

Identify opportunities to reduce waste inefficiencies

Conduct on-site evaluations and recommend solutions

Educate clients on both cost savings and environmental benefits

Build a pipeline and close new business

Develop long-term relationships with customers

🎯 Who This Is For
