EY CHARGE Program
CHARGE is a virtual summer program hosted by EY for newly elected and aspiring student organization leaders.
The program focuses on building the mindset and skill set to navigate what’s next, helping student leaders grow personally and professionally while connecting with peers from across the country.
CHARGE stands for:

Program Details
- Format: 100% Virtual
- Program Timing: June–July 2026
As a participant, you’ll engage in:
- Self‑directed learning experiences
- Interactive virtual events with student leaders nationwide

Who Should Apply
To qualify, students must:
- Be a current student at a two‑ or four‑year college or university
- Be one year or more away from graduation
- Be a prospective, current, or elected leader in a student organization dedicated to fostering leadership at their institution
- Including organizations focused on accounting, business, or technology

May 15 at 11:59 p.m. local time to be considered for the program.
