Talent Acquisition Intern
Assurant is seeking a motivated People Organization Intern to support strategic initiatives within the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization. This role will focus on enhancing the hiring manager experience through survey development, process documentation, content creation, analytics support and change management.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to People Organization operations, instructional design, people analytics, and cross-functional project work. You will be part of a dynamic team (Talent Acquisition Optimization) that is at the forefront of driving large scale technology change for the Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
The Intern will support multiple TA projects and will:
Partner with TA Leaders to define requirements, goals, and content for hiring manager experience initiatives
Partner with TA Leaders to outline key TA process points and expectations for recruiters
Assist in designing a comprehensive survey including question development, survey cadence, and delivery plan
Collaborate with analysts to build the survey infrastructure and reporting through tools such as SurveyMonkey
Support the development of dashboards and insights by partnering with the People Analytics team (e.g., PowerBI)
Gather information and create content for process guides, including workflow overviews, roles and responsibilities, and service-level expectations
Work with Learning & Development teams to transform content into visually appealing, easy-to-understand materials
Support communications planning and change management for rollout of new tools, resources, and processes
Contribute to clear, user-friendly outputs such as finalized guides and launched surveys, ensuring hiring managers have consistent and accessible resources

Excellent communication and writing skills

Curiosity around emerging technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in school, extra curriculars or past employment
Experience creating visual presentations. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Enrolled in an accredited US based University (working towards a Bachelor’s degree only) with an expected graduation date of December 2026 to Spring 2027
Paid internship with hourly compensation. $20 per hour.
