Job Overview

ULimo is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Private Ride Booking Agent to manage client transportation requests and ensure a seamless booking experience. This role involves coordinating luxury ride services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service consistent with a premium transportation brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely and professional manner
  • Book, modify, and confirm private ride reservations accurately
  • Coordinate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure timely service
  • Provide clients with pricing, availability, and service options
  • Handle special requests, VIP clients, and customized travel arrangements
  • Resolve booking issues, cancellations, or customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate

 

Qualifications

Open to all majors

Currently enrolled undergraduate (sophomore or higher) or graduate student

Willingness to learn and take initiative

Strong communication and time-management skills

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Academic Credit

Eligible for college/university internship credit

We will sign off on all required school paperwork

Can be used to fulfill internship or experiential learning requirements
