Sales Internship
ABC Wash Systems is a Michigan-based manufacturer of innovative car wash equipment, serving customers across North America. Our team works with car wash owners, operators, and distributors to provide high-performance equipment and solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and profitability.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Intern to support our sales team during the summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in B2B sales within the car wash industry. The intern will assist with lead generation, customer outreach, and sales support while learning how industrial equipment is marketed and sold.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers (car wash owners, operators, distributors)
- Assist with outbound outreach (calls, emails, and follow-ups)
- Support the sales team with lead tracking and CRM updates
- Learn and communicate key product features and benefits
- Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals
- Participate in team meetings and sales strategy discussions
- Provide general administrative and project support to the sales team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Interest in sales, business development, or industrial/manufacturing industries
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
- Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
