Social Media Marketing Intern

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Social Media & Brand Marketing Intern to support and scale KLLAW’s digital presence. This role goes beyond content creation—you will contribute directly to brand growth, audience development, and marketing initiatives.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in fashion, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship who wants hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

  • Create, edit, and publish short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
  • Support development and execution of a consistent content calendar
  • Identify and execute on emerging trends to drive visibility and engagement

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Contribute to content strategy aligned with brand positioning and target audience
  • Track and analyze content performance to inform future strategy
  • Assist in refining brand voice and storytelling

Community Engagement

  • Engage with followers and support audience growth across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner

Influencer & Marketing Support

  • Research and identify relevant influencers and creators
  • Assist with outreach and campaign coordination
  • Support broader marketing initiatives including product launches and campaigns

Performance Expectations (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by contributions to:

  • Consistent posting cadence (target: 4–6 short-form videos per week)
  • Growth in social media followers and overall audience reach
  • Engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves)
  • At least 1–2 high-performing or viral pieces of content during the internship
  • Contribution to content ideas and participation in campaign execution
  • Responsiveness and consistency in community engagement

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

 

Position Details

  • Remote, flexible schedule (10–15 hours per week)
  • Summer internship (with potential to extend)

 

Compensation:

  • $1,000 stipend provided at the successful completion of the internship, based on performance and meeting expectations
