Production Crew – Photo Booth Setup & Breakdown (Contract)
Hello Lumi is a premium open-air photo booth company serving weddings, corporate events, and celebrations across Central Texas. We built our reputation on one thing: an experience that feels effortless for guests and flawless for clients. That starts long before the first photo is taken.
We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented production crew members to handle the setup and breakdown of our photo booth at events. This is a contract, event-by-event role — ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with intention, and treats every venue like it matters.
What You'll Do
Arrive 90 minutes before event start to set up and test the photo booth environment — lighting, camera, backdrop, cables, and guest flow. After the event, return for a clean, organized breakdown so the next crew starts fresh. Before you hand off to the host, you'll walk them through the setup and send final photos to our Event Producer.
This isn't just hauling gear in and out. You're building a temporary studio. Clean lines, good light, smart cable management, and a space that's easy for guests to navigate — those details are your responsibility and your standard.
What We're Looking For
- Able to lift at least 60 lbs
- Reliable vehicle required
- Comfortable with basic technical equipment (cameras, lighting, cables)
- Strong attention to detail — you notice when something's off and you fix it
- Calm, professional, and easy to communicate with in a venue setting
- Available evenings and weekends, including late nights
- Production or event experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Must pass a background check
Schedule & Pay
This is a contract role — you'll be offered individual events based on your availability. Compensation discussed upon hire. Events are primarily on evenings and weekends throughout the Waco and Central Texas area.
