The Role:

We’re hiring a full-time Support Technician to be a key player in our team. You’ll work closely with a group of teammates in a dynamic, supportive environment. Your role will involve:

Assembling and staging equipment for upcoming installations
Managing and monitoring a diverse range of IP endpoints
Configuring network equipment and setting up small-scale networks
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills (phone and email)
No prior experience or college degree required – we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!

Our office is conveniently located near the corner of 108th and Giles in Papillion, Nebraska, just minutes from the interstate. Ideal for commuters from Omaha and surrounding areas.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 32 – 40 per week
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
