As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company within your assigned region—building relationships, providing onsite support, and driving meaningful growth through new merchant acquisition and long-term engagement.
This is an exciting, field‑based role for a highly motivated, relationship‑driven sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer-facing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Sign up a minimum of 12 new automotive repair shops per month within your territory.
- Complete 15 in-person visits daily across new leads and current merchant partners to increase enrollment, retention, and revenue.
- Accurately record all merchant interactions, activities, and progress within Salesforce CRM.
- Deliver onboarding, product training, troubleshooting, and performance support to partner shops.
- Utilize Salesforce Maps to plan optimized and efficient daily field routes.
- Represent the company at industry events, community activities, and merchant engagements.
- Consistently hit origination goals through strong merchant engagement and ongoing performance improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchant Services, and leadership to support market expansion and targeted sales strategies.
What You Bring
- Fluency in Spanish (required).
- 1+ year of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to operate independently, plan your daily activities, and manage an entire sales territory.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and route optimization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong self-motivation, assertiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily field visits.
- Ability and willingness to drive extensively (up to 15 field stops per day).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to automotive repair centers.
- Background in high-volume, customer-centric industries (e.g., automotive sales, wireless retail, rental services such as Enterprise or Hertz).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Environment & Physical Expectations
- Field-based role with frequent travel throughout your assigned territory.
- Ability to lift and transport marketing materials (up to 25 lbs.).
- Extensive time spent driving, visiting shops, and conducting face-to-face meetings.
- Must be comfortable working independently and managing a route-based schedule.
- Occasional travel outside the assigned territory.
- Daily use of a laptop, tablet, smartphone, and CRM tools.

As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
