Location:
This is a remote position, but applicants must reside in the United States, preferably within Miami-Dade, Florida, USA for easier communication and project coordination. The role may include occasional in-person content capture and on-site support.
Compensation:
Starting at $15.00/hr for entry-level candidates; compensation based on experience and knowledge.
Note: This is a nationwide remote position. Compensation may vary based on state and local minimum wage laws. For applicants residing in California, pay will comply with California’s current minimum wage requirements.

This position is for Imagination Pixel LLC, while Imagination Pixel is known for its storytelling and comic-focused creative work, this role supports our growing media services division — where we produce video content on behalf of outside clients. You'll be contributing to that side of the business exclusively.
Position Overview:
As a Video Editor at Imagination Pixel, you'll work directly on client-facing video projects — primarily short-form recap videos up to 3 minutes in length. Imagination Pixel serves as a media production company for outside brands and clients, and your role will be focused entirely on video editing deliverables for those clients. This position has no involvement in our comic book or illustration work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Edit short-form recap videos (up to 3 minutes) tailored to client specifications.
• Apply visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics suited for recap-style content
• Maintain consistent tone, pacing, and themes aligned with the brand.
• Manage multiple editing projects and deliver videos within established deadlines.
• Communicate regularly about progress, feedback, and revisions.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve the overall flow, engagement, and storytelling of videos.
Essential Skills:
• Experience with or willingness to learn short-form video formatting
(aspect ratios, resolution, fps)
• Proficiency in at least one editing platform (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut).
• Basic understanding of pacing and storytelling structure.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with solid time management skills.
• Open to feedback and comfortable collaborating remotely.
• Reliable internet connection for uploading and reviewing video files.
