Content Creation Intern

The Content Creation Intern will ride out with our field crews to active job sites across the Henderson and Paducah areas. You will capture the full process on camera, from the before shots of a wet crawlspace to the finished encapsulation. You will edit that footage into polished short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. You will design branded graphics, manage our social media accounts, and help build the visual identity of Re-Nu from the ground up.

We are not hiring someone to manage something that already exists. We are hiring someone to help us build something that does not exist yet. That distinction matters.

• Go on-site with our crews and capture video and photo content at active job locations
• Film before-and-after documentation of crawlspace, basement, and foundation projects
• Edit short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Create branded graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets using design tools of your choice
• Manage Re-Nu's social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule

• Develop content ideas and help shape the overall tone and direction of the brand
• Operate or assist with drone footage on applicable job sites (certification or interest required)
• Use AI content creation tools to increase output efficiency and quality

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

REQUIRED
• Comfort working in an outdoor, hands-on environment alongside field crews
• Video shooting and editing skills using any modern platform (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci
Resolve, etc.)
• Social media fluency with a clear understanding of what performs on short-form platforms
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage a shot list and deliver on deadlines independently
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a media, communication, graphic design, or related
program

STRONG ADVANTAGE
• Working knowledge of AI content creation and editing tools
• Experience managing brand social media accounts or producing content for a business
• Graphic design skills and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
• FAA Part 107 drone certification or active pursuit of it
• Portfolio, reel, or social media examples that demonstrate your creative voice
