Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer to join our team. This role is open to:
- Recent graduates or current college students (entry-level)
- Candidates with 3–9+ years of construction/project engineering experience
You will support project execution from planning through completion while developing technical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents to ensure project compliance
- Support project scheduling, including labor and material coordination
- Assist in managing project documentation, including:
- RFIs (Requests for Information)
- Change orders
- Force account work
- Shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Help track project costs, budgets, and estimates in real time
- Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Contribute to project planning and scheduling efforts
- Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Promote a team-oriented, collaborative work environment
- Demonstrate accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail to support safe and efficient project delivery

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering (or currently pursuing)
- Strong interest in construction and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept mentorship
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Starting at $65,000, with higher compensation available based on experience.
