Finance & Business Operations Associate

Location: Torrance, CA (Los Angeles Area)

Rowan Appliance Inc. is looking for a Finance & Business Operations Associate to support our financial management and business operations as we continue to grow.

 

This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting or finance background who is excited to expand into broader business responsibilities. You will work closely with company leadership to support financial operations, business analysis, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support company accounting and financial record keeping

• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations

• Help prepare monthly financial reports and business performance summaries

• Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow monitoring

• Work closely with leadership to support financial analysis and business decisions

• Coordinate with external CPA and tax advisors

• Help improve internal operational processes and financial systems

• Support cross-team coordination and internal project management
 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

• 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations

• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-growing environment
 

Preferred

• Experience working in a startup or small business environment

• Interest in business operations and leadership development

• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, or hardware companies
