Role Overview

This position requires previous experience. The IT Administrator is a hands-on, operationally focused role responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient day-to-day IT services across the organization. This position plays a critical role in end-user support, endpoint protection, and the stability of hardware and infrastructure, serving as the first line of support for employees while working closely with the IT Manager and Group IT team.

This role is ideal for a technically strong, service-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting users, and maintaining the technological foundation that enables manufacturing, sales, and office operations to run smoothly. The IT Administrator ensures systems are secure, equipment is properly maintained, and users receive timely, high-quality support.
