3. Family & Caregiver Collaboration

  • Caregiver Training: Lead scheduled parent training sessions to ensure skills generalize from the clinic to the home environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for families regarding daily scheduling, session updates, and progress reporting.

4. Compliance & Ethics

  • State Licensing: Maintain active LABA licensure through the Washington State Department of Health (DOH).
  • Supervision Logs: Maintain meticulous records of all supervision provided to technicians, ensuring compliance with both state law and BACB standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised fieldwork (as required for the LABA license).
  • Skills: Proficiency in behavioral data software and a strong understanding of neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE).
  • Growth: Path to BCBA certification with free supervision hours and CEU stipends.
  • Culture: A collaborative, sensory-friendly work environment that values staff well-being as much as client progress.
