The Role

Help us bring robots closer to the real world. We're looking for a sales rep to build partnerships with pest control and home services businesses across the U.S. The target list includes pest control companies, termite treatment providers, wildlife removal services, home inspection companies, chimney sweeps, garage door installers, locksmith services, and appliance repair companies. The job is finding the right operators, getting in front of business owners, branch managers, and route supervisors, and onboarding partners whose pest control technicians, termite inspectors, wildlife trappers, home inspectors, garage door installers, locksmiths, and appliance repair techs do the kind of hands-on, route-based physical work that produces valuable robotics training data. This role will directly shape how MicroAGI expands into the pest control and home services industry.

What You'll Do

  • Scout and qualify B2B leads across the pest control and home services sector, including residential and commercial pest control companies, termite inspection and treatment providers, bed bug extermination services, wildlife removal and animal control operators, mosquito and tick control services, home inspection companies, chimney sweep and fireplace maintenance services, garage door installation and repair companies, locksmith services, appliance repair and installation companies, gutter cleaning and installation services, air duct cleaning companies, water damage and mold remediation firms, and pool cleaning and maintenance services
  • Run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, cold calling, and in-person visits targeting pest control company owners, home services franchise operators, branch managers, route supervisors, and field service managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with pest control operators, home services franchise owners, branch managers, route leads, and referral contacts across the pest control and home services industry
  • Take calls, run meetings, and handle end-to-end onboarding of new pest control and home services partners and data collection participants
  • Coordinate headset logistics and participant operations across partner service trucks, customer job sites, inspection routes, and technician staging areas
  • Keep the CRM tight by tracking pipeline activity across pest control, wildlife removal, home inspection, garage door, locksmith, and appliance repair leads, flagging opportunities, and helping build the sales playbook for the home services vertical
  • Get out in the field with flyers at pest control supply distributors, home services franchise expos, hardware stores, and home improvement networking events, and represent Shift at trade shows like PestWorld, the National Home Services Conference, and regional pest management association events

What You'll Need

  • No hesitation around cold outreach, whether that's phone calls, emails, DMs, or walking into a pest control branch or home services office and starting a conversation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining something new to people who haven't heard of it before
  • Self-directed and organized, comfortable working without being micromanaged
  • Interest in AI, robotics, field service technology, or the future of work is a plus but not required
  • Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or Apollo is helpful, but willingness to learn is enough
  • Familiarity with pest control operations, termite treatment, home inspection, garage door services, locksmithing, appliance repair, or the home services industry is a bonus
