Sales Rep: Moving/Storage Services

The Role

Help us bring robots closer to the real world. We're looking for a sales rep to build partnerships with moving, storage, and relocation businesses across the U.S. The target list includes moving companies, portable storage providers, self-storage facilities, commercial relocation firms, white-glove movers, junk removal companies, and freight forwarding for household goods. The job is finding the right operators, getting in front of business owners, dispatch managers, and crew leads, and onboarding partners whose movers, packers, loaders, drivers, junk haulers, and warehouse staff do the kind of heavy, repetitive physical work that produces valuable robotics training data. This role will directly shape how MicroAGI expands into the moving, storage, and relocation industry.

What You'll Do

  • Scout and qualify B2B leads across the moving, storage, and relocation sector, including local and long-distance moving companies, commercial and office relocation firms, white-glove and specialty movers, piano and art movers, portable storage container providers, self-storage facilities with pickup and delivery services, junk removal and hauling companies, estate cleanout services, pod and container moving operations, military and government relocation contractors, corporate relocation service providers, furniture delivery and assembly services, and freight forwarding companies handling household goods
  • Run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, cold calling, and in-person visits targeting moving company owners, relocation managers, storage facility operators, dispatch supervisors, and junk removal business owners
  • Build and maintain relationships with moving company operators, relocation firm managers, storage facility owners, crew leads, and referral contacts across the moving and relocation industry
  • Take calls, run meetings, and handle end-to-end onboarding of new moving and storage partners and data collection participants
  • Coordinate headset logistics and participant operations across partner trucks, loading docks, storage facilities, customer job sites, and warehouse staging areas
  • Keep the CRM tight by tracking pipeline activity across moving company, storage, relocation, junk removal, and specialty mover leads, flagging opportunities, and helping build the sales playbook for the moving and storage vertical
  • Get out in the field with flyers at truck rental locations, storage facility complexes, real estate offices, and apartment leasing offices, and represent Shift at moving industry trade shows like the American Moving and Storage Association conference and relocation industry events

What You'll Need

  • No hesitation around cold outreach, whether that's phone calls, emails, DMs, or walking into a moving company warehouse and starting a conversation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining something new to people who haven't heard of it before
  • Self-directed and organized, comfortable working without being micromanaged
  • Interest in AI, robotics, logistics technology, or the future of work is a plus but not required
  • Experience with CRM tools like GoHighLevel or Apollo is helpful, but willingness to learn is enough
  • Familiarity with residential or commercial moving, storage operations, relocation services, junk removal, furniture delivery, or the moving industry is a bonus
