Software Engineer
Role Overview:
As an Adversarial Software Engineer, you will dive into the heart of cutting-edge technology, working to deliver and improve features within our platform. We don't just repackage public libraries all day over here - we build high performance solutions from scratch. Because our mission involves enabling business leadership to oversee the complex field of cybersecurity, User Experience (UX) is critical and we are a design-forward shop that spends a lot of time in Figma.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute immediately while also exploring and developing innovative solutions to new challenges. Our immediate needs are focused on delivering milestones within our existing stack, which includes frontend development in TypeScript (Svelte) while implementing backend changes in Rust against a Postgres database. Our infrastructure leverages advanced Cloudflare features and a serverless GCP environment configured via code. High performance is non-negotiable for us, and while we enjoy a business model that does not need to handle massive transactional volume, our focus on UX and automating risk calculations and governance reporting seamlessly during platform interaction drives us to optimize via creative solutions such as Rust deployed to the UI via WASM.
We’re also pioneering the integration of large language models into our risk management workflows. You’ll help architect and implement LLM-powered pipelines for areas such as risk-based vulnerability management, incident impact assessment, and threat profile analysis.
Ideal Candidate:
- Enthusiastic about engaging with cutting-edge technology
- Looks for opportunities to learn and hone skills through online challenges and personal projects
- Comfortable working in a collaborative in-person Atlanta environment
- Excited to be surrounded by threat intelligence, cyber risk management, and security leadership discussions daily
- Familiar with using and/or building tools with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Ollama, etc.
- Motivated to contribute to pioneering solutions in cyber risk management.
- Knows IP networking and cloud service architecture well or is excited about learning it quickly!
- Values diversity and inclusion, eager to add to our team's collective identity
Our Culture:
